“Nopal capsules should be taken with meals. We recommend 1-2 capsules with plenty of liquid with breakfast and 1-2 capsules with plenty of liquid with the main meal (lunch or dinner).
One cup of Nopal Tea should be drunk on an empty stomach before breakfast to lower blood sugar. After eating, however, it enhances its effect in terms of fat loss and lowers blood fats and cholesterol.
For high blood sugar levels (higher than 200 mg/dl), two cups of Nopal Tea are recommended.”
