1. Scope of application
The sales contract between Hando Handels GmbH and the customer will be subject to Hando´s General Terms and Conditions (GTC) exclusively.
Conditions issued by the supplier, which contradict or differ from our conditions, shall not become subject matter of the contract, unless Hando
has previously agreed in writing to their application.
2. Contract conclusion
Promptly after an order is placed, the customer will receive an order confirmation e-mail to the address specified in the login details. The email will include an individual order number (as reference), as well as all payment and shipping details of the order. You enter into the contract with the receipt of your order confirmation.
3. Contract rescission
We guarantee our customers highest possible quality. However, you have the right to rescind the sales contract within 14 days. The right of rescission expires 14 days of the day on which you came into possession of the product. The delivered product must be returned in original (unopened), sealed state. To exercise the right of rescission, the customer is legally obliged to send back the goods to Hando. Return costs shall be taken on by the customer. Hando will not accept unfree deliveries.
Orders will be delivered by a courier service chosen by Hando. If the items of your order should arrive damaged, you must report it to Hando immediately in written form, at the latest on the following working day. Otherwise Hando will not be able to consider your complaint. Delivery dates can only be estimated and therefore do not entitle the customer to claim for damages.
5. Delivery and shipping costs
We accept payment via credit card (Visa, Mastercard), Paypal, “Sofortüberweisung” (immediate e-banking) or prepayment via bank transfer.
7. Retention of title
The delivered goods remain the property of Hando until full payment has been received.
8. Law and jurisdiction
Contracts for the purchase of the products through our site will be governed by Austrian law. Any dispute arising from, or related to such contracts shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Graz.
